About Brian
Brian is passionate about helping people experience peace and reconciliation through Christ. His career reflects a unique blend of strategic leadership and pastoral care, rooted in a deep commitment to biblical principles.
A Calling to Peacemaking
Brian’s journey into Christian mediation began with a conviction: conflict is inevitable, but how we respond to it can honor God and transform lives. Over the years, he has witnessed the pain unresolved disputes can cause—broken relationships, fractured communities, and even legal battles. This inspired him to co-found Bridge Conciliation, a ministry dedicated to equipping people to respond to conflict biblically. Through mediation, arbitration, and conflict coaching, Brian helps individuals, families, businesses, and churches find resolution and restoration.
Brian has personally experienced and is passionate about the transformative power of the gospel in conflict resolution. Brian has over 20 years of experience with conciliation in the context of the local Church, marriage and family, organizational and cross-cultural missions contexts.
Brian believes that true reconciliation begins with the Gospel. His approach to mediation is grounded in Scripture, emphasizing humility, forgiveness, and restoration. Whether resolving a business dispute or helping a couple rebuild trust, Brian’s goal is to reflect Christ’s love and bring hope into difficult situations.
Brian’s professional background includes serving as Associate Director of HR & Risk Management at an Atlanta area Christian Non profit, where he aligns people strategies with organizational mission while overseeing global contingency planning; Chief Operating Officer at Hume Christian Camps, leading multi-site operations, developing ministry programs, and fostering a Christ-centered culture; Executive Director at a large Atlanta Metro multi-site Church, guiding adult ministries, pastoral care, and marriage enrichment for a congregation of 4,000; and SVP/COO at Operation Mobilization USA, managing global operations, legal compliance, and member care for staff serving in over 60 countries.
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Theology from The Moody Bible Institute and his Masters of Arts degree from Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology.
