To better manage conflict on your own, Bridge Conciliation Conflict Coaches will mentor and guide you through any conflict. A coach is not a counselor or a legal advisor but they are exceptional in helping you understand, manage, and heal broken relationships in a biblically faithful manner.
We offer private confidential coaching appointments scheduled through web-based software such as Skype or Zoom. Hourly fees vary and are paid prior to services.
For settling a Conflict with Others
Mediation
When you experience a difficult conflict involving two or more, Bridge Conciliation will help everyone resolve the issues in a biblically faithful manner. We provide voluntary and contractual mediation for legal and personal conflicts with full case administration and conciliation services.
In biblical mediation, relationships matter and we take the time needed to address joint issues in the context of resolving and reconciling relationships. While not all relationships can be restored, we can recommend biblically sound wisdom for personal peace and best peacemaking practices for the future. Hourly fees vary and are paid prior to services.
For settling a conflict with a group
Group conciliations
When your family, church, or business has ongoing conflict resulting in a loss of trust, Bridge Conciliation will examine the deep issues in conflict and recommend solutions to restore good will and unity. We provide full services from “assessment to consultation to conciliation” for all adults involved, including education and training opportunities for multiple phases of care. Make pro-active changes for a stronger, healthier environment with biblical peacemaking practices that change lives for the better. Hourly fees vary and are paid prior to services.
For a binding decision on a dispute
Arbitration
When you have substantive issues that you would like to have an Arbitrator decide a legally binding decision, Bridge Conciliation provides faith-based Alternate Dispute Resolution [ADR] services including biblical mediation and court-approved Christian Arbitration. Mediations are recommended prior to arbitration, if possible. Hourly fees vary and are paid prior to services.
